Customer has older MICS with DID,s. Secretary wants to pick up bosses calls so I programmed his DID line to appear and ring on her extension. It works fine except when boss is on a call, the second call does not ring through to secretary's extension. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

You could try CFB to her telephone...If she answers, she can then send it to his VM. If she doesn't answer, it'll still go to his VM.
