Hi all,
Here is my problem: I have a fax line set up to receive faxes through VM. It receives many pages (over 350 a month). Almost every week, they notify me that the sending party is getting error messages when try to fax out to us (multiple companies), and they only thing that seems to make a difference is me rebooting our VM system. Any ideas on the specific settings I could look at? It would work fine for days, then just stop receiving faxes. Resetting VM is the only solution I have found that actually works. Any ideas? Thanks!

First thing I would check would be that you are on the latest software. When you get notified that your fax isn't working, have you looked at the Stratagy to see what state it's in? Check port status, use Stratagy trace to try determine what is causing your issue.

I had the same problem and it was because the faxes sent from the mailbox to the fax never got completely deleted in the mailbox until it's reset. You might try setting the system clean up more frequently. I suspect you have a auto delete on the fax mailbox?
