I have a Cix 40 system and am trying to get multiple stations to ring. Only ext 200 rings now. I do not have emanager so I need to do this through a phone. Does anyone know the program number that I should use. Would it be in multiple call group or incoming line group. Thanks. Also I don't need all the ext's to ring, just certain ones. Thanks again.

Do the phones you want to ring have line appearances?

Yes, all lines appear on all phones. Sorry for the delay in getting back to the forum. I have tried to load the emanager before and just can't seem to get it installed.

I think you are going to find it much easier if you can find a service tech with Network e-manager or try to install it again maybe on a different laptop. I know e-manager is a complete pain to load sometimes but you really do need it to make some of the changes.

I tried loading it to Windoz 7 Ultimate in my MacBook that has a partition and it didn't load everything as it would in a straight PC.

My friends finally got it to work by comparing settings in their PC to what was in the MacBook but it was an hour of pain

One would think that with the resources of Toshiba they could throw some money at making this better but I guess it is all bottom line, making the software better won't help them sell more phones.

You only had to play without for an hr thats good a few years ago every time it stopped working it was a fresh reload of the operating system to get it working again

If we give it to customers its allways put on an old laptop that is used for nothing else
