Was wondering if anyone could help me out, Im working on an MBX and with a PRI with DID calls. If an extension is on the phone (1st loop key) and an inbound DID call comes in, it will flash on the 2nd loop key but will not ring. So if the person is not looking at their phone, they don't realize they have a 2nd call coming in.... Where do I go in programing to make the 2nd call ring?

Check the manual for off hook signaling and DN feature.
