Got a customer and on one ext. there is a buzz changed ports replaced cable and jack disconnected all data at patch panel that are in same face plate and still have a buzz. Checked to make sure cable wasn't close to electrical conduit and lights. Also changed ext. number again and not using the same cable pair out of the DX 120 Also put new cable at a new location on the M-66 block just to be safe. Has anyone ever have this problem. We took his phone to another location works fine and took another phone and put in his office still the buzz and we used new line cords. I want to say its the system but its only his phone and has been moved to 3 different ports.

Did you plug in directly to the system to remove the site wiring for your test.
