I have a couple of phones that for some reason this morning won't boot up. They start the process and are stuck at the 10.1.1.211, Boot Ver 01.00.02.23 part and won't proceed further. No error came up. We installed a new server over the weekend but it shouldn't have impacted any of this stuff.

Was it a dhcp server? Are you using vlans?

Well I ended up just putting in the IP manually on the phone and it seems to have cleared itself. Not sure what happened that caused this because any phone I unplug now seems to get this issue.

If you get the options wrong on the DHCP server then the phone will reject the DHCP offer. I found that when a customer changed their DHCP server, that they had option 128 which contains the string MITEL IP PHONE (or similar) they had put Mitel IP Phone, then the DHCP offer was rejected by the phone.

Also if you are using vlans and the DHCP server is connected to a port that isn't limited to the default vlan only, you get this kind or similar behavior.
