HI,
CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE. I HAVE A CLIENT THAT HAS A TOSHIBA STRTA DK280. IM KIND OF NEW WITH THIS PHONE SYSTEM. HIS PHONE SYSTEM HAS 6 LINES AND WANTS TO FOWARD EACH LINE TO A DEDICATED STATION. ANY INSTRUCTIONS ON HHOW TO DO THAT. YOUR HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED.

hi,
other question im kind of learning this system. t
this client changed phone provider, so what they had is that their outbound caller id is blocked. so they would press *82 and outbound caller id will unblock. now with this provider they use *67 but from all the phones 2 phones are not able to use that *code. do you think its a pbx programming issue?

The phone needs a speed dial key program on it or * or # wont work, Program 39 code for speed dial is 497

need instructions to program a slot in a strata 280k for a PIO1A card. Hoping to complete the programming steps at the operator position ( if necessary).

how to add a PIOU1A card To a strata280DK, will it require any programming, slot assignments, etc.....? Change will have to made at operator position, if so.....WTD?

You will get answered much quicker if you start a new thread.
Programming for a DK280 is done from Port OO5 not from the operator station. You will need a 20 button display phone to make the changes in program 03.

Tx! Thats a start. My background is more AVAYA, Nortel/Mitel systems. Hoping this will be a simple change once I insert the PIOU1A card.
