I have a customer with an Svmi-8E on an older 2 cabinet DCS. They use it for auto/att day and night as well as vmail. It is a children's healthcare facility and they have one extension they call the "triage" mailbox, x211. They don't transfer callers to that extension, just constantly use voicemail transfer feature straight to its mailbox, 50 to 100 times a day, and the nurse when she gets a chance listens to those messages and deletes them. Most of the time this works fine, but intermittently callers hear what they describe as "continuous beeping" after the greeting and are unable to leave a message. I have so far been unable to duplicate the problem of course.
Anyone ever hear of something like this?

No, they listen to the messages every few minutes so it stays cleaned out.
