On a PRI in a CTX100 for multiple tennants, is there something that can be done for the outbound name? I figured out the outbound number.

Only if you can work something out with the service provider AND your system sends the appropriate outgoing number on a per-tenant basis. There's no way that the system can do name manipulation.

The latest version of the CIX software has a place to enter an outgoing Caller ID name. As far as I know, this doesn't work for any carriers that I have worked with.
