Hey all,

What do I need to program so that when someone transfers from the AA (CSS) to a ring group(or ext group with same phantom buttons for group ringing) that the ONE extension in that group that has a VM box is answered with THAT vm box and NOT the general delivery vm box ??

Thanks!

Ring group 192 make a mailbox 192, transfer must be supervised.
Make VM Mailbox button for 192 on phones. Not sure if 100 will allow this but try it. 120 and up will do it. Not sure of 100.
Or use Phantom ext. Make Mailbox with Phantom #.

Checked them...all set correctly....
Think I found the problem...rebooting laptop at moment...will post back.

Ok...I'm in...hunting around to find setting...

Is it tricky finding these vm MWL settings in this program?

Ok...while I was seeking that out I came across prog 005 ...never used it...(duh)...so I went ahead and made a phantom (not ring grp) mwi with that.
As you know, and I found out it wont let me put in a ring group number though...hence the pana dos approach. I still want to set that up even if I just stick with the phantom mwi...so going back in to play around.
Thanks for all your help brokeda! J-i!

Ok....under "System" flexible numbering on the Pan. dos program it has "msg wait > [70 . ]" ...so I'm assuming here is where I can tweak the settings to allow a ring group mwi.(3-192)..correct? If so...what's the imput ...if not here...where?

Thanks.
