I have a new laptop and trying to connect to an iES32 VM and I keep getting htis error: 734 PPP link control was terminated.
Running Windows 7 on the laptop
Help?

I assume you have Windows 7 "PRO"? I think that is required for IES, for sure on eManager.

Had the same problem. Windows 7 does not support the proper security protocol on dial up. I had to install XP mode on my W7 laptop and create the dial up connection there. Works OK.

I second the XP mode idea. I use it on my W7 laptop especially for my Toshiba admin software(s). Works great and if eManager breaks down, its a little easier to fix, IMHO, on XP.

Thanks for the info but not exactly what I wanted to hear! Where do I find Windows XP mode to download to my laptop? I suppose it isn't free is it?

Its free. It's been awhile, but I think I went to Microsoft website and did a search for virtual xp mode. I'll look some more...........
