Howdy,
I have a customer and when using the OfficeServ Communicator Softphone, there's no ring back when calling extensions, it's totally silent until the voicemail picks up. Any ideas?

what system and version?
If 4.60b or higher you need to forward the RTG (ring tone Generator) ports to the Cab/MP10a/MP20s/OAS card

Is this softphone local or remote?
Since you are running >=4.60b then have you got the 45000 range forwarded to the OAS/MP card?
