I found 1 6 port and 1 4 port
Would prefer another 6 port

Speaking of Triad, would you happen to know the correct switch settings for proper operation of a PRI card?
We've set one up but it seems to lock up every day. The manual really doesn't discuss the DIP switch settings.....
