Does it make any one else almost puking sick, everywhere you look, texting and crap. What the hell is so important. Do we really need to communicate like this?

I have always loved how it is referred to as "connected" society.
My personal experience say we have become more of a "disconnected" society.
No one talks to anybody any more, it's all done through short emails and quick text's. I always have a good laugh when I see a group of 20 something kids and they are all on their phones texting away to each other even though they are sitting right next to each other.

It wasn't that long ago we were all just fine WITHOUT, a cell phone.
Too much dependence on such a vulnerable device.
