Sts e with hard drive V.M.Customer called no VM access or forward to mail boxes. On site did a power cycle, nothing, then the reset button on the vm card, nothing. Power down, removed the card and pushed it back in, everything now ok. I was wondering why the reset button did nothing but had to remove the card to bring it back up ??
Thanks Gary S.

Card might not have been seated properly or one of the connections had some resistance on it. This isn't that uncommon.
