I've an MX with a PRI at a retirement home and some of the slower users have trouble dialing out. I am told that after they dial the trunk access code of 9 it times out on them before they dial their number. I've looked for an inter-digit timer but can't find one. I read somewhere that it is set to 4 secs, which seems plenty long enough to me but I am not terribly older, yet.
Does any one know where the timer is I should try adjusting?
