I have not had any luck finding this in the manual, maybe because I do not even know what to call this "feature"
If a 2250 takes a external call and then transfers that caller, the caller is on hold until the transfer is complete. GOOD
If a 2250 takes a internal caller and transfers them, the caller is conferenced in rather then placed on hold. BAD
What is that feature called? They say it used to work, but they can not tell me how long it has been this way.
