hello guys i have a guy with an sts system and his caller id works on line two but not line 1 or 4. he doesnt have anything on line 3, it has been damaged. i dont see anything in co line programing. does anyone have an idea why one line would have caller id and not the other two. they do have call id working from the tel co. thanks dave

Most likely a bad cid module or trunk card.

have you tried putting line one or 4 on the line two postion to see what happens ?

i hope its the cid card. no i didnt try moving the lines but may give them that option, i think they want their line one to have it mostly. thanks for the help. dave
