Hello all,

I have a bit of an oddly technical request... I have a Cisco 7960G IP phone that I've loaded a lot of custom ringtones onto. I've got the Toshiba Strata ringtone on that I like, and I've also managed to get Nortel Meridian ring patterns 1 and 2 on there (the high pitch and low pitch warbles).

I'm having a hard time finding the audio frequencies I need to generate the tones that make up this ringtone. Does anyone happen to know what they are? i.e. 667hz/500hz

Thanks!

I managed to get it figured out.

To make it:

Generate .090 seconds of each of the following sine wave tones in order:
333Hz, 500Hz, 667hz

If anyone wants the files, I have the following ringtones encoded in the right format for Cisco phones.

- Nortel Meridian Ring Patterns 1, 2 & 4
- Toshiba Strata Ring 1
- Toshiba Intercom Call Tone
- CTU 24 Ring

Shoot me an email if you'd like any of them!

Thanks all laugh

Glad to see you back sailor! Good on you for figuring it out and sharing. Hope the Navy suits you well. A couple buddies of mine have been lifers and I still talk to them any way. smile

I love it so far! My dad's been very successful in his 19 years as an officer-I've done more cool things and seen more cool places in my childhood than most people do in their entire lives-because of the Navy. Figured it would be a good way to go. Proving me right so far! I'm still learning my rate (job) here in Mississippi right now, but I'll be actually getting started on my career come November 15th! Looking forward to it!

I appreciate the kind words!

Scott
