Hi guys, we recently move into a new office, and they have that IVX128 installed at the office, so we just ordered new lines. But the thing is when we receive a call that goes auto to a main greeting from the old company. I could not find anything to help how to change that or even reset the IVX128 to factory default and get ride of this greeting msg, If someone can help with that and if is possible i would like to put a new main greeting msg. Thank you.

look for a qualified vendor in your area. this is not something you can change( unless You have the Passwords..)
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

The greetings can be changed and the IVX 128 is a very reliable system, but, as Brian wrote, you need, at least, the admin password to make message changes. The recommendation to contact an ESI dealer in your area is the best advice anyone can give you.
