Will a Call Pilot 100 ver 3.1 work with a Norstar Plus Mod ICS DR 6.1? I don't have the software SP version numbers yet.

Yes it will.
Call Pilot 100 should work with any MICS & CICS 4.1 or higher.
And CP ver 3.1 is the better version to use.
