Over time, we find that on various systems iDCS Phone Displays Go Blank or Show One Line of Information. After unplugging the phone and plugging back in everything reappears. What causes this? Is the phone going bad, is there a possible cabling issue, or is it a port issue?

Don't think its the phones going bad always had this problem as long I have been doing Samsung systems believe it might be a power glitch .afraid its a thing we have to live with .tho remember when we use to wire systems using line jacks when used a master line jack there would be a problem later on. don't seem to have these problems using cat5e or cat 6

That'll be the ribbon cable between the motherboard and the LCD.. If you move the LCD generally after time the LCD will fade. Replace ribbon or just unplug and live with it I'm afraid.
