New customer with TDA50 & TVA 50, has the alarm lite lit on the TDA, but no obvious problems.

2. TVA50: Can't access admin. how do I change the Admin. password, or do I have to reinitialize?

Don't worry about the alarm light, it comes on for reasons such as a power outage or cell site getting unplugged, you can clear it thru Utility in the maintenance console.

If you don't have the TVA50's password you have to default the system as far as I know.

if you sweet talk tech support they can reset password if tva has a modem in it
