Got a call late today from a small school where I have an SL 1100. One of the issues was voice mail messages being left we're replayed as dead air. However, when replayed as an archived message, the proper message could be heard. I had it happen once while on site. Has anyone else had this problem? I did a reboot on the system for a separate problem, calls would not ring through either live or auto attendant. I was guessing they had power issues that caused this.

Never heard of that issue Ron, contact tech support on that one.
System should always be on a UPS, make that all equipment, phone, PC's, servers and so on.

I agree with the ups. Small church run schools tend to be on a tight budget, but ,maybe I can talk them into one.

Ours sometimes doesn't notify cell phones no matter what version we've installed. Seems there's still some minor bugs.
