Like it says, we're trying to figure out why we can't recapture a call we have transferred (while it's still ringing) like if we hit the wrong extension.

As it is now we have to run to the desk we accidentally hit. So annoying, and often the call gets dropped (if we don't hussle) since it only rings 3 times.

I've been looking on Google and can't seem to find instructions for this phone, seems the user guide for this one is buried deep .. unless another phones user guide also works for this phone (which could be the case, but I have no clue).

If you've already hung up, Press star followed by the extension number or flashing station key (call Pickup). If you haven't hung up just press FLASH.

You need Help for the phone, You already have it. press the Help key on the phone ( help is built in )
