Have a DSX 40 with 2 CO and all 10 Speed Dial programmed on each phone. Customer wants incoming call Transferred to Speed Dial which is employees cell. Is it FLASH + TRANSFER + SPEED? I was told that I need to program F and P before each number on each Speed Dial as well.

If using Telco Transfer Disconnect it would be Fxxx-xxx-xxxx or FFxxx-xxx-xxxx. Use would be you are on outside line with party, just press speed button and either wait for answer and screen call or hang up upon hearing ringing. Depending on Telco might need P after F or ff. Usually with FF it works also as std speed dial.
If no Telco Xfer, speed = xxx-xxx-xxxx. Use would be on outside line, Press Transfer, pick outside line then press speed button, wait to screen or hang up upon ringing. You could put 9 with speed dial and skip a step.
