The customer wants voice to come through when intercom from ext or console. They want when operator answer a call for them and transfer to ring that ext. Can this be done

There is a button on newer releases that a user could put on their phone that allows all internal calls to auto answer on speaker phone. But that says that all calls made from an internal extension, are direct to speaker.....
