I may be having an issue with a 7200S v4.70 with a PRI.

Call rings in and CID is shown. Customer answers the phone and there's no one there. Then they hang up and call immediately rings again with the same CD and when they answer the second time, the caller is there.

Any thoughts?

I have had some really perculiar scenarios with the 7200s, each time a replacement processor has resolved.

I would go straight for the lions head and if you have a maintenance stock processor and the site is local i would change.

Seems extreme but will only take 10 -15 mins on site to replace and upload config.

Bar doing the obvious,reboot pri/system.

Contact service provider for line test.

Samsung is not the best for diagnostics reporting, sounds a trial and error issue to resolve!
