Hello,
I am having an issue and hope someone can give me some tips on how to solve it.
Basically if user A forward his calls to user B and if user B is busy on the phone, the next incoming call do not go to voicemail. I am under an impression that if user B is busy on the phone, the call will bounce back to user A's voicemail and that caller can leave a voicemail.
Can someone direct me how to program this in the phone systems? Thanks in advanced!

Manual forwarding negates any system forwarding, so calls will never go to voice mail. There are numerous solutions posted here on the forum.
