I am trying to spnet a samsung 7200s to a 7200 and I have checked my settings twice but when I dial 3201 to reach one side or 2901 to reach the other I get the message No User Response, I have ask the IT company to double check their firewall settings and they are saying they are correct, any ideas? Thanks

Respond with your settings. That way we know what you have.

No user response indicates a communication issue between the mp cards.

As above we need more information to help.

You're missing tcp 6100 to the mp20.

6001 should goto smvi20i ip.

I've had trouble with public spnet and various firewalls. Setup vpn and problem goes away.

Check dos settings on router/firewall.

If you make a 2nd call right after the failed call does it go through?

Both routers also need ping enabling.

Have you had any internal calls between sites working?

do a wireshark trace or use some sort of network sniffer software to see where your ip packests are going or not going.
