I have a OfficeServ 7200 Phone System. I currently have the OfficeServ Manager Launch Pad software installed on a Windows XP pc that I use to connect into the PBX. The Launch Pad software is v.1.03 2005.09.21. The OSM_7200.exe is version 2.69 2006.01.22. The Launch Pad is configured to connect over the LAN. With Windows XP expiring this year I would like to get the Launch Pad and OSM software on a Windows 7 pc. Will the software work on Windows 7? Where can I download the software? If that is not possible is my only option connecting to the PBX via direct console cable or modem? My DIRECT and MODEM options are greyed out on the Launch Pad communication setup.

I've run it on windows 7 and 8 no problem. You may want to contact your service company and talk about upgrading software on the 7200 though.
