HI I Have TVM50 voice processing system connected to PBX KXTDA30. When I connect it to laptop system is recognized by computer and USB successfully installed. So far so good. But when I open Maintenance console ,hit connect button and enter password error is returned. It says - "Main program version is not supported (2.76). I have Maintenance Console ver.0.006.
I tried to do this on Win Vista and old XP and getting the same error.
Any ideas out there?
Thanks Michal

Thanks Michal Yep, it told you what was wrong. Your MC is version ZERO (as in the one used for 0.027) and the VM is version 2.76, needing at least 2.5x or the latest 3.0 MC to access. Carl

In our country, we get it from the dealer website. I think it's also included on the CD that came with the product.

Hi, You really should get it from your dealer. I would not suggest upgrading further w/o support from the dealer, sometimes, some updates require updated registration with pana.
A Quick Google Search found TVM50 v2 set up files.
But I am pretty sure you need an even newer version as Carl said.

For reference, the USA version of the TVA voice mail systems is not protected and is "end user" installable. It's a lot of fun to see end users struggle with the installation :-)
If you upgrade from 0027 to any version, you have to step through the other versions (notably at least to 2.1 then 3.something) or you lose all messages. I think you can reinitialize the system and just install your 3.x version, but I've never had the luxury of being able to do that.
