HI!There , I have a site i took over because company didn,t want to service them anymore , They have caller id issues from original installer , they replaced cards etc. caller id is hit and miss dosn't always send info , and yes i know there are cell calls or private calls etc . The calls go directly to SVMI4 vers.-2004.09.24 V4.0, IDCS 100 Ver.-2004.05.12 B1.34 They recently loss all programming to bad power outage but the issues were already present , I called system from cell voicemail answered i press 26 and call id showed transfer 702 , reception seems to work most of the time. The trunks are cid and sets are allowed cid , I haven't checked telco cid , because it dose work ,Any ideas. Thanks

Pretty easy to get a cheap phone with caller ID and plug the lines into that one at a time and make a batch of calls.
You could have a couple lines where CID is problematic with the telco.

The first problem is you don't know what has been swapped out.Could be a bad Misc card. What do you get on a non CID call?No CID received, private call?If this is the same system you asked about before try ringing a trunk direct to a phone to test

A 100 with eprom chip on the MPU card will not have a white two wire connection to the MISC card but the later version without the eprom sockets WILL have a white two wire connection to the MISC card which produces the CID data.
Which MPU (main processor) do you have.
Also, SAMSUNG MMC programming for CID, 119 = 1 OR 2, 312=1, 414 = CID
Check all your stations and all your lines
