I have an Officeserv 7400 with multiple DID's delivered via PRI. I want to forward all calls for one of the DID's to an external 10 digit number. Is this possible?

Appreciate the response. Could you briefly describe to a noobie how this would be done.

What you need to do is make sure icm in on in mmc210 in mmc 714 make sure the number you want to forward is pointing to that extn you cant forward a group only single extn then on that extn mmc102 put in 9 plus number and allow can try by dialing that extn number should go to external number
