When I check the status of my voicemail system it tells me I have 20% free space remaining. How can I check how much space is being used or how many voicemails are being stored per user? I would like to have the users using the most space clean up their mailboxes.

If you connect via the admin software it will show how many messages each user has.

Hell make everyone of the users log into their mailbox and DELETE the messages. Spare no one.

You can also generate a report on when they last logged in. When cleaning a system I would delete a mailbox with lots of new messages and hasn't logged in within the last 6 months.
A report also requires connecting to the voicemail system with software.
Remind the users that if they do not delete messages, they never go away.

If memory serves me I believe you can set a purge threshold that is for saved messages.
