I have a small IPO with four analog lines. I have moved appearance keys "a" and "b" to buttons 7 and 8 and have line appearances of 701-704 on buttons 1-4.
With "Idle Line Preference" on, when a user goes off hook, the set will grab line one. With the feature off, it does not select anything.
Is there any way to have direct appearances and have the outgoing preference go the appearance "a" button.

Yes, you must put the "A" and "B" buttons as the first 2 buttons.
