Customer having issues with auto attendant Transfers, outside callers are not making it to the extension requested, employees are getting fast busy in ear after auto attendant transfers to extension. Customer just changed carriers. I'm headed there tomorrow. Any suggestions..... much appreciated!

First thing I would try is go to any phone & press their vm button. See if rings & rings with no answer. If that is the case just reboot the system. Give it about 5 minutes & try it again. Rebooting sometimes will clear away the cob webs.

Thanks, for the quick reply, the Customer already reset. This issue is intermediate, so it's only happening a few times a day.???

try dialing 450 from any phone & see if aa answers. If it does enter someones extension & see if it will transfer. Now this will only work if you have set up 450 as your hunt group for the aa.

Check all your trunks individually and make sure one of them is not twisting tones and confusing the AA. Usually a fast busy is a response due to a dialed vacant number.
