Hi,
How do I soft reset the my Inter-tel phone system within DB studio 1.5. I have a option in Operation-> Reset now. Do this restart the unit or do it reset my setting? If reset my unit will I need some sort of password to bring it back up.

What you are talking about is actually a Hard Reset, but if you can log into DB Studio now with no password, then you shouldn't need one after a reset.
