For CCR have 96 seconds in total which is shared between all greetings.
i.e. one greeting is 20 seconds then 76 seconds left for other greetings.
One greeting can be no longer than 32 seconds.

make sure if any greetings are turned off that the greeting is also deleted to free up time.

Greetings or messages?

I am guessing if you don't find a greeting in a path then there is none recorded therefore nothing to delete.

Sounds like corruption.
A Reinstall of programming might help.
Does it apply to any greeting slot?
