IDS-228 that is currently using a T-1 for trunking up-grading to T-1 PRI. I am having trouble dialing 1-877, 1-888 toll free numbers. I can dial 1-800 okay. Carrier says they are only seeing 7 digits of the number when I dial the 877 / 888 number. Can call local and LD fine.

Thanks in advance. Edward

Do you have LCR Centrex Option to a Y. If not try that.

Okay. Turning on LCR centrex fixed all of my dialing ...but international. The switch is stripping off the 011 at the start of the dialing string.

Thanks.

You may need debug activated send PM with number I can reach you at. This allows outbound International Calls where a non AT&T carrier is accessed. What switch type is the PRI set to?
