Sorry brokeda, I stand corrected. I enabled co tone and about the third ring, phone tones once, by then delayed ringing has kicked in, and then auto attendant comes on.
Receptionist swears up and down she had full ringing capabilities when off hook.
Is it possible that previous tech took X 109 and X 110, which are hooked up at KX-TA624, and maybe he hid a ringer somewhere or call forwarded 109 or 110 to then ring at reception, and by using second pair made something ring at her phone?
Any takers on this ? Thank you!!

Make sure Call Waiting is assigned to ext. Select Type 2 for call waiting at this ext. https://www.wedophones.com/PanasonicManualsLead.htm (manual) All I can think of, anybody else???
