customer has an IP office - basic, trying to set up ext 11 to pick up intercom calls to ext 10 ( from the AA ). When I try to program a button for call pickup it just ask for a target but does not let me input anything...

Got it - have to do THAT button programming from manager not the phone. Wish there was a list of programming features that you do with the phone interface and one for the manager.
