I am having trouble with PRI DID. Everything works great except DID routing. All lines currently ring at sta 100. Programmed DID to routes but STSe does not ring routes. Customer originally had pots lines and went to PRI from Comcast. Any help would be appreciated. Willing to pay if need be. Tried several options and still can not get it to route.

It sounds as if the CO lines (now PRI channels) are still configured as loop start. They need to be either TIE-ANI or TIE-DNIS in order for routing to work.

That is the first place you should look and then just a reminder that the did number is assigned to a route and the route has to be assigned a ring destination.

Update, I went back out and change it and it worked. Glad we have Sundance. You guy's are great.
