Hi guys, I am trying to get a KXTD1232 with TVS 200 Voicemail to notify a mailbox owner of messages left in a mailbox. I have the notification parameters set correctly but for some reason the notification does not take place. The system has an ISDN/PRI card to bring in the lines. Could this be why the system does not notify the box holder. I also tried to forward an extension to CO and it did not operate correctly either. I was thinking that maybe the system has no number to dial out from. Any ideas? Thanks Version is P211Q20604A

I am by no means an expert on the 1232 but if it operates like the newer systems in COS cfw to co needs to be enabled. Just a guess.

I have Call forward to Co enabled. There is no toll restriction on VM ports.

Make sure you're putting a "9" in front of phone number...a 9-pause even better.
