Hello
SMT-i5220 IP phone has on our SCM software. I OfficeServ him 'I need to set it to work. I do not v2.31 SMT-i 5220.

I have 2.40.
Can you check the barcode on the phone to see if it's a smt-i5220 or a smt-i5220s?
The firmware is different between those phones
