Hi, I have a Iwatsu IX-5900, it has two red lights that will not stop flashing. The group 2 button and conference call (4th from the top and 6th from the top). I have deleted all voicemails; including, saved and archived, unplugged it, did key-combo -feature-#-8-(the flashing buttons individually, the flashing buttons together, and the voice mail button). Any suggestions as to how I can get these lights to stop flashing??

You should identify them and make sure the keys are actually programmed as the paper label states.
With the handset down press FEAT, #, 9, and then the key. Repoot back what comes up in the display.
If the keys are programmed as DSS/BLF keys, then those phones maybe in DND, which would cause the lights to flash.

Could be a phantom light that was flashing before you reprogrammed it to a different function. Press FEAT # 8 then press the flashing button to extinguish.
