in sv8500 there are many attendant consoles...how can we know the operator who transfer one incoming call to an extension.. the smdr displays the call record showing the calling party number and the called party number as below showing an incoming call from 779001500 answered by operator then transferd to ext 3808 : 0!KL0112002009015009041000013808 0510001001380806342014071611580000020140716115838141080310109180020090090000000001108810 810 1610177900150018100000000000

Anybody correct me if I'm wrong, but the attcon should show up as a route and trunk as this is how they are programmed in the system.

it can be either way depending on asyd setting....!!!

the system data is set for split charging and even though att is not displayed in the call record...!!! any comments???
