Anyone know the timer that affects how long it takes for a VM Screened call to be recalled? I have a system that calls the phone 4 times as it should but the caller is on hold for an additional 4 rings (desk phone has stopped ringing at this point) before going into the stations mailbox.

It's either the transfer recall timer
or it's the rings for no answer in the station section of the vm

It was the max wait time in on premise station block. Must be a bug because it only happens on screened calls.
