I enabled the Red/Green LED's on our Axxess 8.2. All the digital sets and older 8660 IP sets work in red/green. The newer 8662 IP only shows red. Was this disabled in the newer phones or did I miss a flag somewhere?

When you mention older sets do you mean the 550.4xxx series phones?

The older IP phones we have here are 770.4500.
The newer IP phones are 550.8662 and they only display in red.

Model 8622 and 8662 fones do not have dual-color LED's. Inter-Tel engineers decided dual-color LED's were not used enough to support this feature in the newer-model fones.

The 770.4500 is the IP Phone Plus which does have the dual color LED. I was not aware that they got rid of them on the newer ones.

Just the other day I found that flag and enabled it. Everyone has commented that they like the red and green lights. Maybe I should have waited untill Christmas!
