Trying to get the web browsing feature on my IP 5131 SDL set to work. I press the blue button on the right. It prompts to press MIC-1 to enter URL but I can't seem to get anything to happen. Any ideas?

Are you trying to use the mouseball next to the hold button?

Press the MIC button and the number 1 button both at the same time. FWIW, this is pretty much a useless feature, pull out your smartphone to browse the web, you will be way better off.
